For anyone who might ever
have
thought about the merest possibility of ever visiting Bali - forget it.
Although full of fantastic sights (only seen on tours) each sight
itself has to be seen over the heads of the hoards of hawkers trying to sell you
wooden frogs and such like.

(but what sights ~G~)
"Temple on the rock"

We did see an 80m waterfall (surrounded by hawkers), a forest of monkeys and bats
(surrounded by hawkers), temples (ditto) and hot springs (yet more of the buggers!).
The one natural beauty of the
island
that cannot be spoiled (because it takes up over 70% of the land mass
of
Bali) is the paddy fields.
